Here’s a transparent look at exactly what it’s like to work with us—from that first call to move-in day.

Phase 1: Discovery Call

This is where our journey begins. On your complimentary 30-minute call, we’ll get to know you, your project goals, and the lifestyle you want to create. It’s a chance for us to learn about your vision—and for you to ask questions and explore if we’re the right fit.

This step is designed to be warm and low-pressure. We’re simply here to listen and offer guidance on what comes next.

Phase 2: In-Person Consultation

Next, we schedule a 90-minute consultation at your home or hangar property. This is when things start to get real. We’ll walk the space, take photos, and discuss your design dreams in detail.

You’ll receive a beautifully curated Welcome Kit, and we’ll leave behind a special Aeroview candle as a thank-you for inviting us into your world.

Phase 3: Design Proposal & Booking

After your consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope of work. Once you're ready to move forward, we collect 50% of the total fee to officially secure your project in our calendar.

At this point, we celebrate with fresh flowers or a bottle of whiskey delivered to your door—because saying yes to your dream deserves a little something special.

Phase 4: Design Concept Development

This is where the magic begins. We start crafting a custom design tailored to your home, your passions, and your lifestyle. You’ll receive detailed floorplans, inspiration boards, and early 3D visuals that give you a tangible sense of what’s to come.

We work behind the scenes pulling finishes, colors, and materials that elevate both form and function—especially important in aviation homes where every square foot counts.

Phase 5: Design Presentation

During our in-person or virtual presentation, we walk you through the entire concept: floorplans, furnishings, materials, lighting, and curated design details.

We refine every selection based on your feedback. This is your dream space—we’re here to make sure it feels just right.

Phase 6: Design Finalization

Once the design is approved, we finalize selections and ensure every product is accounted for—from the quartzite countertops to the cabinet hardware. We prepare spec sheets, order samples, and hand off construction-ready documents if a builder is involved.

(And yes, we leave room for last-minute lightbulb moments—we know inspiration can strike anytime.)

Phase 7: Procurement & Project Coordination

We handle ordering, tracking, and quality checks for every single item—so you don’t have to.

If we’re working alongside your builder or contractor, we’ll also attend key walkthroughs and coordinate with your trades to ensure the vision is executed properly. Think of us as your advocate every step of the way.

Phase 8: Installation & Styling

Once everything arrives, we roll up our sleeves and bring it all to life. Furniture is placed, artwork is hung, and the styling touches go in last—like the cherry on top of a luxury sundae.

You’ll walk into a fully finished space that feels effortless and elevated. And yes, we make sure everything is photo-ready.

Phase 9: Client Handover

This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for. We do a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect and aligned with the design plan.

To celebrate the completion of your project, we offer you a choice of an in-home private chef experience or a spa day—our way of saying thank you for trusting us.

Phase 10: Follow-Up & Continued Support

Even after the handover, we stay in touch. We’re here to answer questions, help with maintenance referrals, or guide you through your next design phase.
