1. Custom & Interior Design Services
At Aeroview Design Co., our services are tailored to each client's unique vision, which means all design fees, consultation fees, and service-related payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We invest time, expertise, and resources into creating a personalized design experience, and as such, we cannot issue refunds for services rendered.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
For digital products such as design guides, floorplans, or templates, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@aeroviewdesign.co for assistance.
3. Furniture, Décor & Custom Orders
If you purchase furniture, décor, or custom pieces through Aeroview Design Co., the return policy is subject to the terms of the manufacturer or vendor. Many high-end and custom-ordered pieces are final sale and non-refundable. We will provide return or exchange policies specific to each vendor before your purchase.
4. Order Cancellations
Interior Design Services: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, we require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Fees for consultations are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services.
Product Orders: If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, cancellation may be possible, but restocking or cancellation fees may apply depending on the vendor.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue based on their return and replacement policy.
